As a result of the ongoing pollution in nature and the advancing global warming, the countries from the European Union, including Bulgaria, have very strong economic, juridical and technical preferences for stimulation of investments in electricity production from recoverable sources of energy, including energy produced from sun through photovoltaic electric generators. There are no similar beneficial conditions for any other ones, because all electricity production from energy sources is bought at 100% without any restrictions.
Construction of photovoltaic generators  /power plants/ is the most ecologically sustainable way of generation of energy, compared to all types of recoverable energy sources, because they in no way do not pollute the environment, do not register noise levels in the process of production of electricity, do not endanger bird migration.
The most natural and sustainable recoverable energy source, undoubtedly, is the sun. The whole territory of the country is very suitable for solar energy production. And the transformation of the natural day light into electric current, through solar photovoltaic modules, is the most ecological way of transformation of solar light into electricity.
Having in mind that in our country solar radiation exposure significantly exceeds the average European indicators, the investments in solar parks are a very profitable capital investment. The resource is unlimited and completely free of charge. The market is 100% legally guaranteed, as by the state, as well as by the European Directorate.
Specifically, for the investment advantages of the solar energy projects, we can note some factors, which motivate the investors for average term and long term capital investments.
    1.The sun, as a primary energy source for the Earth is free and practically inexhaustible.
    2.Operative control of the photovoltaic equipment is automatic and is carried out remotely by the energy distribution enterprises.
   3.Photovoltaics give off their maximum capacity during the day and this is the time, when the consumption of electricity is maximal. This facilitates also the optimal functioning of the system. Namely for this reason, they are preferred by the operators of the public electricity systems.
    4.Photovoltaic systems do not need in constant operative personnel.

    7.All photovoltaic projects are prioritized for the European programs and subsidized to a certain extent, depending on the fact if the project is private, municipal or public – private partnership.

   10.Purchase price of electric current, produced by photovoltaics in our country reaches 37 eurocents without VAT per kWt, with a tendency to grow, together with the growth of energy, on principle.  
   11.Photovoltaics can also be installed in urbanized territories. For them the electricity power plants investment process procedures are not required to be followed, but only permission for construction (assembly) is necessary, pursuant to Article 147 paragraph 1, item 2 of the Territorial Development Act.
    12.According to the Energy Act (Article 62) on location of photovoltaics, as well as other electricity power plants from RES, it is envisaged for the municipalities and the state to permit unlimited construction entitlement without tender or competition for facilities on municipal and state terrains.
